Kaduna State Development and Property Company Reactivates its Dispute Resolution Mechanism, Seeks Partnership with the Nigerian Bar Association to improve its service to Clients and Stakeholders
In a bid to improve relations and improve service delivery, The Kaduna State Development and Property Company KSDPC, Management received representatives from the Nigeria Bar Association, Barnawa branch. The highlight of the visit centered on the agency’s reactivated Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism which was lauded by the NBA.
The visit also explored other potential avenues for collaboration and partnership as well as ways to improve existing relationships between both parties for better service delivery to clients, customers, stakeholders and the general public.
The Kaduna State Development and Property Company Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism mirrors the approach of His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Dr. Uba Sani’s drive towards dispute resolution as a platform for enhancing mutual respect and creating an environment that eases business transactions in the State.
