KSDPC Launches e-Portal Service to Enhance Customer Experience

The Kaduna State Development and Property Company (KSDPC) has officially launched its new e-portal service, accessible at app.ksdpc.com.ng, to provide seamless online access to its services, signaling a new era in KSDPC. The launch event took place today at the KSDPC Conference Hall.

Delivering the opening address, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of KSDPC, Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar said upon assuming office, his team carried out an assessment of KSDPC’s four main operational functions and findings revealed suboptimal performance due to several key challenges, part of which is lack of adequate ICT infrastructure and skills that have impeded KSDPC’s ability to upgrade work processes for effective and efficient service delivery.

He also identified as challenging the absence of real time data of all records of the company’s layouts and beneficiaries as a result of having an unprotected deeds registry, hence the need to digitize and protect the records. He encouraged beneficiaries and stakeholders to take full advantage of the portal adding that the e-service platform will significantly enhance the ease of doing business with the company as customers can access businesses and other opportunities from the comfort of their homes.

The MD/CEO stated that as a major revenue-generating agency in Kaduna State, it is both necessary and beneficial for KSDPC to embrace digital transformation. “This initiative” according to the MD CEO “aligns with His Excellency, Dr. Senator Uba Sani’s policy of promoting ease of doing business across the state” and expressed profound gratitude to the Governor for the opportunity to serve in his current capacity.

The Head of the IT Unit, Sanusi Lawal, presented a detailed overview of the e-portal’s features. He highlighted key services available through the platform, including Search and Identification, Certified True Copies, Change of Ownership, Issuance of Title Documents as well as Subdivision/Merger/Normalization, Customer Complaints and Property Applications.

The General Manager of Finance & Administration, Abdul’Azeez Muhammad, expressed appreciation to the MD/CEO and all staff for their efforts in enhancing the visibility and operational efficiency of the company through the new e-portal.

The launch marks a significant step in KSDPC’s commitment to digital innovation and customer satisfaction.
