B. Project Scope
Duration: 18 months
Design: 13-block complex featuring:
-97 shops
-2 warehouses
-3 office spaces
-Mosque
-Public conveniences & security outpost
-Ample parking facilities
This project aligns with KSDPC’s mandate as Kaduna State’s development catalyst and the SUSTAIN AGENDA of His Excellency Sen. Dr. Uba Sani’s administration, specifically:
-Infrastructure Upgrade
-Trade & Investment Promotion
