The Company was incorporated in September 16, 1991, pursuant to the provisions of the Kaduna State Privatization and Commercialization Edict No. 8 of 1991, which dissolved the defunct Kaduna State Property Development Corporation and vested all its assets and liabilities in the Company.
The Company was formed to commercialize and expand the operations of the defunct KSHA to include the provision of decent residential and commercial accommodation to the teeming residents and Kaduna State.
