Governor Uba Sani’s Infrastructural Drive Bridges Communities in Chikun LGA As Kaduna APC Administration Strengthens Development Through Public-Private Partnership
In a bold demonstration of his administration’s commitment to inclusive development, Governor Uba Sani has continued to deliver on his promise of connecting communities and boosting local economies across Kaduna State.
The KSDPC, under the visionary leadership of Governor Uba Sani has intensified work on the construction of a modern box culvert linking Ungwan Yelwa and Gbagyi Villa in Chikun Local Government Area, with job completion at 80 percent.
The project, being executed through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, reflects the Governor’s innovative approach to infrastructure delivery — combining private sector efficiency with public sector oversight.
By leveraging PPP, the administration is not only ensuring quality and timely completion but also attracting investment that reduces the burden on public finances.
Residents of Ungwan Yelwa and Gbagyi Villa have long faced challenges in mobility, especially during the rainy season when flooding makes the route nearly impassable. The new box culvert will provide a permanent solution, facilitating easier movement, enhancing safety, and opening new opportunities for trade, education, and healthcare access.
Governor Uba Sani’s infrastructural agenda is part of a broader APC-led vision to connect communities, stimulate economic growth, and improve quality of life for every Kaduna resident. With projects like this, the administration is proving that good governance means tangible results in people’s everyday lives.
Residents are witnessing first-hand the difference that purposeful leadership makes. From rural roads to urban renewal, from modern schools to efficient healthcare facilities, Governor Uba Sani’s APC government is laying the foundation for a more prosperous future.
The Ungwan Yelwa–Gbagyi Villa culvert is more than concrete and steel — it is a testament to the Governor’s belief that no community should be left behind in Kaduna’s journey of progress.
