KSDPC: Official Handover of Kaduna SUSTAIN City Site to A.A. Abdulfatai & Co. (Developer)
The Kaduna State Development and Property Company (KSDPC) has officially handed over the site for the Kaduna SUSTAIN City Estate project to its developer, A.A. Abdulfatai & Co., represented by its MD/CEO, Abdulraouf Abdulfatai.
The handover proceedings were led by Shuaibu Yayock, Manager, Joint Venture for the Kaduna State Development and Property Company.
The project is located along the Rigasa–Mando Link Road, Rigasa, Igabi LGA, Kaduna State. Upon completion, the estate will deliver over 200 housing units, comprising 2- and 3-bedroom options, and will feature modern architectural designs, access roads with LED lighting, a multipurpose community hall, and the issuance of title documents to subscribers.
This endeavor will feed into the aggressive efforts directed towards addressing the housing deficit in Kaduna State by His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, through strategic partnerships geared towards fast-tracked and quality developments in the housing sector.
