KSDPC Introduces “KSDPC Renovate” to Support Civil Servants and Homeowners with Flexible Home Renovation Financing

The Kaduna State Development and Property Company Limited, KSDPC has unveiled KSDPC Renovate, a strategic housing improvement product designed to help civil servants and homeowners across Kaduna State renovate and upgrade their homes through an affordable and convenient repayment plan.

The initiative forms part of seven innovative housing and property products recently launched by KSDPC, aimed at expanding access to quality housing solutions while improving the condition of existing residential properties across the state.

Under the KSDPC Renovate programme, homeowners can now undertake comprehensive renovation and modernization of their properties without the burden of paying the full cost upfront. Instead, beneficiaries will enjoy a structured repayment plan spread over a convenient period, making home renovation more accessible to working families, particularly civil servants.

The programme allows property owners to carry out a wide range of improvements including structural repairs, roofing replacement, interior and exterior finishing, plumbing and electrical upgrades, painting, tiling, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and complete property facelifts.

According to the management of Kaduna State Development and Property Company, the programme was developed to address the growing need for housing improvement among residents who own homes but lack immediate capital to renovate or upgrade their properties to meet contemporary living standards. With KSDPC Renovate, such homeowners now have the opportunity to improve their living conditions while spreading the financial commitment over time.

The initiative will leverage KSDPC’s long-standing expertise in property development, construction management, and urban renewal, ensuring that all renovation projects meet high professional standards and deliver durable, modern, and aesthetically appealing homes.
