The Kaduna Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) paid a courtesy visit to the Kaduna State Development and Property Company (KSDPC) today. The NIA delegation, led by Arc Stephen Filiya FNIA, with him were other members of the Executive, and were received by Joshua James, Special Assistant to the MD/CEO, Olaide Giwa, General Manager of Business Development, and other members of the KSDPC Management.
The NIA Chairman expressed gratitude for the invitation to the Kaduna International Housing Exhibition 1.0 (KADIHE 1.0) and commended KSDPC on the success of the inaugural event, where they showcased their work. The delegation also expressed interest in participating in future events and collaborating on other projects.
Additionally, they invited KSDPC to attend the upcoming Kaduna Architects Forum 2.0, scheduled for October 23-24, 2024.
In response, the KSDPC Management thanked the NIA for the courtesy visit and looks forward to exploring opportunities for future collaborations.
