The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Kaduna State Branch, led by the State Chairman ESV Ishaq Ayodeji Bello (FNIVS) and accompanied by the National Vice President ESV (Mallam) Muhammad Ali Bature (FNIVS), paid an official courtesy visit to the Management of the Kaduna State Development and Property Company (KSDPC).
The visit focused on strengthening partnerships and collaboration between both institutions, particularly in areas that will enhance professional practice, drive development initiatives, and support service delivery in Kaduna State.
During the visit, the delegation also presented a Leadership Award to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KSDPC, Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar, in recognition of his outstanding leadership, visionary service, and unwavering commitment to the growth of Kaduna State.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive officer expressed his delight on receiving the award and noted that such recognition will only spur him to continue on the path of self dedication to service. He also commended the Executive Governor of the State, His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, whose visionary Leadership style has provided the opportunity for persons like him to serve the State in such capacity.
NIESV expressed readiness to work closely with KSDPC in promoting professionalism, ensuring best practices, and supporting government policies that drive sustainable development.
