The KD Towers

The KD Towers

Project Location: 1232 Bishop Oluwale Street, Victoria Island, Lagos

The story of KD Towers began with a strategic vision to unlock the value of Kaduna State’s premium assets beyond its borders. For decades, the site at Plot 1232, Bishop Oluwole Street in Victoria Island, Lagos, served as the Kaduna State Liaison Office. Recognizing the potential for high-yield urban redevelopment, the Kaduna State Development and Property Company (KSDPC) transitioned the site from a purely administrative space into a flagship luxury destination. This transformation was officially set in motion on February, 2021, during a groundbreaking ceremony led by then-Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai, marking a significant milestone in cross-state investment and architectural ambition.

Designed as a premier mixed-use development, The KD Towers is the result of a successful Joint Venture between KSDPC and Darycet International Limited.

The project comprises four distinct blocks—Blocks A, B, and C dedicated to Luxury Residential living, and Block D offering a blend of Commercial Office and Retail Spaces—all rising ten floors high.

Since the first brick was laid, the towers have been engineered to meet international standards of smart-building technology and modern urban aesthetics.

As the project nears its anticipated completion in late 2026, it stands as a testament to the KSDPC’s commitment to architectural excellence and its mission to deliver world-class infrastructure for the people of Kaduna State and the wider Nigerian market.
