This is to inform all stakeholders that KSDPC is embarking on the development of an ultramodern Building Materials Village to be situated at Millennium City, Kaduna which is designed to be a one-stop-shop for all your building, fabrication and general contracting needs.
Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar, MD/CEO of the KSDPC signed an MoU with Mahadi Services and Resources Limited for the development of the Building Materials Village which is to be situated at the Kaduna Millennium City, Kaduna.
The Building Materials Village will feature general shops, thoughtfully crafted metalwork, woodwork, plumbing, and electrical sections to cater to the diverse needs of professionals and casual buyers alike.
It will also feature amenities like showrooms, warehouses, a multipurpose hall, and essential services such as police & fire stations, worship centers, a clinic, shaping a holistic experience for all patrons.
