Located between Ahmadu Bello Way Street and Bishop Oluwole Street,KD Towers is spread over 7600 Square Meters, comprising three
towers with 58 flats and one tower of 7 floors with open space offices and retail stores. This project is well organised to
have two separate entrances for two communities, one for residential and another for business.
Towers 1, 2, and 3 are ten-story buildings with two flats on every floor.
Each tower has two lifts, the main staircase, and a service staircase connected to the kitchen, BQ and service area.
