The Management of the Kaduna State Development and Property Limited [KSDPC] wishes to inform the general public that the individual whose photo is displayed above is Mr. Usman Muhammad and that Mr. Usman is no longer an employee of KSDPC.

Mr. Usman left the service of KSDPC on October 31, 2020 and is now at the centre of pending investigations concerning the assets and properties of KSDPC. By this disclaimer, KSDPC is categorically dissociating itself from any activity, contract, claims or business Mr. Usman carries out with the name of KSDPC.

It would be at the sole risk of anyone who transacts with Mr. Usman and KSDPC would not be responsible for any loss, damages, refund whatsoever.
